Pricing:

Package A - $550.00

• Sunday 11:00AM - 3:00PM.

  • We only host Showers on Sundays, based on availability.

  • 11:00AM - 3:00PM is the full rental time, including set up and clean up.

  • You are responsible for set up and clean up.

  • Typically, invitations for guests have the shower starting at 12:00PM and ending at 2:00PM. This ensures you have enough time to set up and clean up.

  • Showers are given access to the back gardens/pool area, both 1st floor living rooms, foyer, and garden room.

• Maximum of 23 Guests.

  • The space provides mixed seating and table access.

  • Additional tables and chairs can be rented through Five Star Event Services.

  • We do not allow street parking. All guests must park in the parking lots on the property.

• You are responsible for bringing all decor, food, & utensils.

  • There is no access to a kitchen.

  • We do offer catering options through Five Star Event Services. You can reach out to them directly for pricing and options when hosting your shower at The Neathery Estate.

  • We do not allow any of The Neathery Estates decor or furniture to be significantly altered. You many enhance the space with your personal touches, while respecting the beauty of the estate by leaving it intact.

• Alcohol is permitted.

  • You provide and serve the alcohol.

• You will be provided one suite on our 2nd floor to access the restroom during your shower rental time.
