The Neathery Estate was built in 1915 and is on the National Historic Register as the best local example of Colonia Revival Architecture, Rendered in Wood. The estate was purchased in the fall of 2016 and went through an almost 2 year restoration and renovation. We worked with national, state, and local governments to ensure the restoration and renovation met the requirements outlined in the historic designation and worked diligently to preserve the stately home.
